Loyola School Sitagarha was established in the year 2015 by the Hazaribagh Jesuit Education society and is run and managed by the same society. It is an English medium co-educational (CBSE board) school. This school is known for its well set up infrastructure, which is well equipped with all required necessities. Teachers are dedicated and enthusiastic to impart their knowledge and to inculcate values in students through their quality teachings and exemplary life. Non-teaching staff are toiling hard to maintain and beautify the school premises. Besides these there are lots of extracurricular activities which help the students in tracing out their unique talents, as the school aims at the all-round development of the students.

Loyola school is the Christian minority school, which is inclusive in nature, irrespective of religion, caste, social or economic status etc. and teaches the spirit of unity and humanity. The Motto of the school is doing “Magis” which means doing more, never be contented for what has already been done rather it is to think constantly that what way it can be done better and more. The school carries the title of St. Ignatius of Loyola, who was a brave warrior and visionary, the founder of the Jesuit Society, who hated mediocracy and always oriented and motivated himself to do more and never satisfied with minimum. Therefore, this school carries out the same legacy of St. Ignatius of Loyola by following his footsteps. Curricular and extracurricular activities are structured and integrated such a way that it reflects the efficiency of the school.

My general impression of the students of this school is this that they enjoy the learning and also participate in the activities voluntarily. Consequently, their character formation and behavioral change reflects in their approach and expression. Since the school is surrounded by the nature, away from the city and traffic, it provides a conducive and peaceful atmosphere to the students. In fact, Loyola school reaches the home of the students. In other words, school has a good access to the students, providing quality and value education to the students of every kind. Thus, Loyola School Sitagarh is the blessing for many. Especially for the minorities who hardly get chance to enroll their names in city schools.

I firmly believe that this school will certainly trace out many talents and mould and shape them, with quality mentoring, guidance and support and prepare them men and women for others. I wish all the best to the principal and the faculty members. I, also, pray that the school may flourish and maximize the potentials and talents of the students.
